Thomas E. Moses
Great Grandson of Grandma Moses

About the Artist
Born in Cambridge, New York in 1942, oldest of four boys Tom, Paul, William, Dave and one sister died at birth. I have three good children, Sally Lynn, Jeffery Thomas and Thomas Gerald and have lived in Eagle Bridge, New York all my life. A veteran, I served for six year in the Army National Guard. Self-taught I worked as a barn builder, framer and stonemason. I have never had any formal training of any kind in art, my grand-father got me and my brothers to try painting; when we would go to his house to visit or stay over-night when my parents would go away, and so it blossomed from there. My Grandfather was Forest King Moses, son of Grandma Moses.
